BEVIE Return & Refund Policy

At BEVIE, we prioritize the safety and hygiene of your little ones. Because our products are used for infant feeding, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure every parent receives a brand-new, untampered product.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Hygiene Standard: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Change of Mind: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once the product packaging has been opened or the seal is broken.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of parcel delivery.

  • Process: Email official.bevie.my@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect or the incorrect item received.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. BEVIE will cover the shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.

3. Warranty Policy

BEVIE products are built to last. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of [Insert Months, e.g., 6 or 12] from the date of purchase.

  • What is Covered: * Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

    • Functional failures affecting normal operation (e.g., faulty seals or mechanical components).

    • Commercial or non-personal use.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after we have inspected the returned item.

  • Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Follow-up: If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at official.bevie.my@gmail.com.

5. Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Shipping: For non-defective returns (if specifically authorized by management), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Walk-ins: We operate as an online-first brand; self-delivery or walk-in returns at our warehouse are not accepted.
